Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in a high-acuity environment, including ICU-level patient care
• Perform respiratory and neuro diagnostic procedures as assigned
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to manage and monitor patient respiratory status
• Float between affiliated hospital locations as required
• Adhere to all facility compliance, charting, and patient care standards

Required Qualifications

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license required (must be in hand prior to start date)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, RRT
• Minimum 18 months of recent ICU experience (within the last 18 months) out of 2 years total experience
• Education must be accredited through CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA
• Must be available to work every other weekend and 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Indiana residents are not accepted for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience as a first-time traveler is welcome
• Comfort with floating to multiple affiliated hospital campuses
• Strong adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity clinical settings
