Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 3x12 (19:00–07:00) | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a Med/Surg patient load at a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio during night shifts
• Respond to and manage OB patients as they present, providing 1:1 care through labor, delivery, and postpartum
• Float to OB unit as needed when laboring patients are admitted
• Participate in on-call availability during low-census periods in the event an OB patient presents
• Maintain ACLS and NRP certifications throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in hand or valid compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Proficiency in both Medical/Surgical and Labor & Delivery nursing care
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• 1 professional reference required
• Local candidates accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing patients across both Med/Surg and OB/L&D settings
• Comfort with postpartum care and low-volume OB environments
• Ability to adapt quickly when floating between units
