Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30 or 11:00–23:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment serving both adult and pediatric populations
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across acuity levels
• Maintain ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as required for a mixed adult/pediatric setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and timely patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license or conditional license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (all current)
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room experience required
• COVID vaccination status required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a mixed adult and pediatric emergency setting
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and state licensing portals
