Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages and diagnoses within a critical access hospital environment
• Support specialty therapy areas including wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric services
• Float within scope of practice to cover outpatient, acute care, and SNF needs as required
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska Physical Therapist license required (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patient populations
• Background in multi-setting therapy environments (outpatient, inpatient, SNF)
• Familiarity with specialty therapy services such as lymphedema or pelvic floor therapy
