Contract | Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM with call obligations | 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included in guarantee)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a high-volume operating room environment serving multiple surgical specialties
• Independently scrub and circulate on transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases
• Fulfill on-call requirements approximately 3 times per month, including overnight, evening, and weekend shifts (12-hour weekend call on Saturday or Sunday)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 5+ years of Operating Room experience
• Level I Trauma center experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across a broad range of surgical services
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases
• Strong adaptability to fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environments
