Contract | 36 hours/week | Rotating Evening Shifts (3:00 PM – 3:30 AM or 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM) | Every other weekend required | Holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, Level III Trauma Center Emergency Department with 38 beds and 2 trauma bays
• Manage and prioritize care for a diverse patient population in one of Ohio's top 10 busiest emergency departments
• Participate in rotating evening shift schedule, including every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Respond to trauma activations and emergency situations within established protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 completed ED travel assignments and/or 3 years of current/recent Emergency Department experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR is required — candidates without Epic experience will not be considered
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• ACLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification strongly preferred
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification strongly preferred
• Experience in a high-volume or Level III Trauma Center environment
