Contract | Three 12-hour night shifts per week (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed ICU setting with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 to 1:3
• Manage ventilator-dependent patients, including Bipap and EV1000 monitoring
• Administer and titrate vasoactive drips and other critical care medications using Pyxis medication administration systems
• Provide care for psychiatric patients within the ICU environment
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic charting
• Float to other critical care units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact RN license
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• ACLS certification (AHA only)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in an ICU setting
• Mandatory attendance required for all 7 days of orientation (Mon–Fri week 1, Mon–Tue week 2, 8-hour days)
• Candidates with a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local rate adjustment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with vent management and vasoactive drip titration in a critical care environment
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Background working with psychiatric patients in an acute or critical care setting
