Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Friday with a rotating day off | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology and special procedures in a clinical setting
• Operate Siemens imaging equipment effectively and safely
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records, with experience in EPIC preferred
• Fulfill on-call requirements, including one primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, along with one weekend every six weeks alternating between primary and backup coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification required
• Active Ohio State Radiology License required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of interventional radiology experience
• Proficiency with Siemens imaging equipment

• 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role — coworker references are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Familiarity with IR/Special Procedures in a high-volume acute care environment
