Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, with a focus on cardiac patients
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Complete required pre-start and annual specialty-specific training modules as directed
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including a strict no-call-in policy and smoke-free campus standards
• Complete annual hands-on competency requirements if applicable based on contract continuity

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ICU experience with cardiac background required
• Must pass EKG and Pharmacology tests during orientation (2 attempts maximum; no remediation available — failure to pass may result in cancellation)
• 2 professional references from a direct supervisor, manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Director for the submitted unit — must be provided at time of submission
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a critical care or ICU setting
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and advanced hemodynamic assessment
• Experience with competency-based orientation programs
