Contract | Days | Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Weekend and holiday rotations required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and treatment notes using facility charting systems
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotation coverage as scheduled
- Float within the facility as needed to support departmental staffing requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current North Carolina Physical Therapy license (must be at least pending with a clear ETA)
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred)
- References required
- Candidates must complete required lab work within 72 hours of contract signing
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with Meditech charting (not required but beneficial)
- Experience with patient caseload variety and departmental float coverage
