Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every 3rd weekend required | Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an inpatient rehabilitation department, supporting patients with CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injuries, neurological diagnoses, and generalized debility, including post-stroke, post-aneurysm, and post-operative surgical cases
• Perform clinical skills including vital signs assessment, dressing changes, aseptic/sterile procedure tray setup, phlebotomy, capillary collection, and specimen labeling
• Conduct medication reconciliation, interpretation of laboratory results, and patient health history and allergy documentation
• Handle telephone triage and pharmacy calls including patient refill requests
• Float between health system campuses as needed
• Pass a compliance EKG exam prior to assignment (2 attempts allowed)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required — first-time travelers are not eligible
• Third-party education verification required; degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; current driver's license required to verify address

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Acute Care Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Experience caring for neurological patient populations (stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury)
• Comfort with floating across multiple campus locations
