CT Technologist

Anchorage, AK | Outpatient Imaging Center

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 4x10 Hours (8:00–17:00), Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays | No Sundays | No Holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT imaging procedures on primarily outpatient, mobile patients, including a high volume of follow-up cancer diagnosis cases
  • Start IVs, run i-STAT for labs, inject contrast, and post-process images
  • Perform X-ray imaging within scope as needed, including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head/chest/thorax, and musculoskeletal studies
  • Float to provide X-ray coverage within scope to meet facility needs as required
  • Document and chart using Epic EMR system

Required Qualifications

  • ARRT (R) certification required
  • ARRT (CT) certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience required
  • Valid state license or compact license must be in hand at time of submission
  • Proficiency in X-ray imaging across multiple body regions required
  • Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience working with neonates and infants
  • Fluoroscopy studies experience
  • Enema studies experience
