Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | Expected 36 hours/week | Weekdays and some weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry observation and medical-surgical interventions
• Float within the hospital system as required to support staffing needs across units
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Adhere to all compliance, credentialing, and fingerprinting requirements in a timely manner, including Ohio state fingerprinting upon contract signing

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license — compact or Ohio state license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Locals are welcome and accepted
• Former employees of the facility are eligible after a minimum 6-month separation; current employees of any Ohio State University hospital location are not eligible for traveler placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Comfort with floating to multiple units within a large hospital system
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and credentialing timelines
