Contract | Nights | Weekend Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents during overnight weekend shifts
• Manage a high patient census; must be comfortable with patient ratios of 1:22–44
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care plans throughout the shift
• Adhere to facility attendance policy; no more than two unexcused absences per 13-week contract period
• Complete a pass/fail Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test at orientation (one attempt allowed)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (pending license considered; must be obtained prior to start date)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Prior LTC experience required
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial submission; time-off requests made after submission will not be considered
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 years of RN experience preferred
• Recent EPIC experience preferred
