Contract | Days | Rotating 4x10-hour shifts (7:00–17:30 and 9:30–20:00); shifts are grouped for consistency week to week. On-call required: one weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) per 7 weeks, plus one call shift and one evening shift per week. Call requirements may change based on staffing needs. Holiday coverage required as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and monitor roles in coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Support a daily caseload of approximately 20–25 cases across 4–5 active labs, working alongside 2–3 cardiovascular technologists per lab
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage including weekend and evening call shifts
• Document and chart patient care activities using EPIC
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols; a radiation monitoring badge (provided by agency) is required and must be worn at all times
• Be prepared to support emergency response operations during hurricane season (June–November)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• Proficiency in coronary diagnostic and interventional scrub and monitor functions
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ARRT or RCIS credential required (registered or actively in process)
• South Carolina SCRQSA license required (candidates with a pending license may be considered with proof of application or eligibility for the SC walk-through process; clearance to start will not be granted until the license is active)
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume Cath Lab environment
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
• Ability to adapt to rotating shift structures while maintaining clinical performance
