Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | 19:00–07:30

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Step-Down unit during night shift hours
• Manage patients requiring CPAP/BiPAP support and medication titrations
• Float within the facility as needed across applicable units
• Serve in a charge nurse capacity on nights when required
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition in a high-acuity intermediate care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – valid compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of PCU/Step-Down or comparable nursing experience
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Comfort and prior experience with CPAP/BiPAP management
• Experience with medication titrations in an intermediate or progressive care setting
• Prior charge nurse experience on a night shift
