Travel MRI Technologist

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday – Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | On-call coverage expected 1–2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures including MSK, Body, Neuro, and anesthesia-supported cases (e.g., pacemaker patients)
- Operate Toshiba and GE MRI equipment in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care throughout each exam
- Document and manage patient records using Meditech EMR
- Participate in on-call rotation, including evening and weekend coverage as scheduled
- Maintain current ARRT (MR) certification and BLS throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of current, hands-on MRI Technologist experience
- Active ARRT (MR) certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability and willingness to participate in on-call rotation (1–2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience operating Toshiba MRI equipment
- Comfort with and willingness to take on additional on-call shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible, team-oriented approach to patient care
