Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 31-bed Level III NICU with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
• Utilize EPIC for computer charting and Pyxis for medication administration
• May float to age-appropriate Pediatrics or PICU as needed
• Adhere to mandatory orientation requirements: Mon–Fri during week 1 and Mon–Tue during week 2, all 8-hour day shifts; attendance is required for all 7 orientation days
• Follow facility dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience
• Current Indiana RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard traveler rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Comfort and experience floating to Pediatrics or PICU settings
