Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting for approximately 40 hours per week, divided into five 8-hour shifts.
• Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of the initial clearance packet before starting the assignment.
• Adhere to facility protocols and standards during treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Follow specified dress code and utilize provided equipment during the interview process.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Illinois.
• Previous experience in a setting that involves documentation and patient care.
• Ability to complete documentation requirements independently.
• Availability to start on the specified date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with ATI or similar facilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow protocol.
• Knowledge of documentation requirements for ATI.
