Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under supervision.
• Support licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Float between two facilities in Danville, IL.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising staff.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple facility environments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitative clinics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
