Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit at a Magnet-designated acute care hospital
• Maintain a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio in accordance with unit standards
• Float between like units within the facility and across facilities within the state as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support maternal and neonatal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered California RN license (must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN, and LA Fire Card (obtained within the last 30 days)
• Must be willing to commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Must disclose any license or background hits at time of submission; no open license hits will be approved
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Magnet-designated or acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Flexibility with scheduling, including willingness to float between like units
