Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct critical care nursing to pediatric patients in an intensive care setting with patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3
• Float within scope to all pediatric units as needed, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU
• Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill pediatric patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and facility compliance requirements
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation schedules as required by unit needs
• Be available for potential assignment to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU (PICU) experience required
• Active South Carolina RN License or Multi-State/Compact RN License (SC license must be active prior to start date)
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Current PALS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation)
• Experience with CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy)
