Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Mother Baby / Postpartum unit setting
- May float to units of similar acuity as needed
- Perform and document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC
- Execute IV starts and manage IV therapy as part of routine postpartum care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support maternal and newborn health outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of postpartum / Mother Baby nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- IV certification and demonstrated IV start skills required
- Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience required
- Valid compact or Ohio RN license must be in hand at time of submission
- Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- Locals are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
