Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs

Required Qualifications

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Alaska or eligibility to obtain one
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or required per facility standards
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Ability to commit to a 13-week travel contract beginning on or around September 22, 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior travel therapy experience
  • Experience in an acute care or hospital-based setting
  • Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
