Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Shift start times vary: 6:45 AM–7:15 PM or 9:00 AM–9:30 PM | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Maintain patient safety and quality standards throughout surgical procedures
• Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and charting
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed for call-offs
• Float to like units within scope as facility needs require
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience required
• Must have no Nursys or background check hits
• 2 references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• CNOR certification preferred
• 2 or more years of Operating Room nursing experience
