Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Complete required ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation with a passing score

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
• AHA BLS certification — must be active and in hand at time of submission
• AHA ACLS certification — must be active and in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference required from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months — co-worker references will not be accepted
• No open background case hits; facility does not accept any license hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ICU experience concentrated within a single facility preferred
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments
• Experience working within a large health system environment
