Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 7:00–15:00) | Onsite | Weekends required (approximately 4 weekend days per month) | Block schedules required | Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within a short-term acute care hospital setting
• Float between units as needed to meet patient care demands
• Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and charting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as required by the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist license required (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient acute care hospital experience required — this is a hard-stop requirement
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler (locals accepted at a lower rate)
• Must be available to commit to block scheduling and required holiday coverage
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal
• 2 professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large, high-volume teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with floating across multiple units or departments within an acute care setting
• Prior travel therapy experience
