Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting across assigned shifts
• Perform and interpret ECG rhythm recognition as required by the unit
• Administer and manage medications in accordance with facility protocols and safeMedicate assessment standards
• Accurately document hours worked using the designated time-tracking platform
• Complete all required annual hands-on competencies and pre-start modules as directed by the facility
• Obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date as a condition of placement

Required Qualifications

• Active Permanent Ohio RN License or active Compact State RN License in hand at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Active AHA BLS certification in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA ACLS certification in hand at time of submission
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• One professional reference required from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director within the specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months — co-worker references will not be accepted
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation; up to two attempts permitted
• No open background or license hits — all background findings are reviewed by the facility
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Permanent MS/Telemetry experience consolidated within a single facility preferred
• Prior experience with telemetry monitoring and ECG rhythm interpretation
• Familiarity with electronic time-tracking and compliance platforms
