Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 21-bed ICU setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Manage a patient population that includes ARDS/Pneumonia, Withdrawal, and Cardiogenic Shock cases for patients 18 and older
• Document and manage patient records using Cerner EMR
• Float to Stepdown and/or Emergency Room units as needed to meet staffing demands
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling; no block schedule is offered — must be available to meet the staffing needs of the unit, including weekends

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Familiarity with high-acuity diagnoses including ARDS, Cardiogenic Shock, and substance withdrawal management
• Experience floating to Stepdown or Emergency Room environments
