Contract | Days | Onsite | 5x8-hour shifts, 8:30–17:00; expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of case types including orthopedics, neurology, gait and balance, pain management, and work comp
• Provide pre- and post-operative surgical rehabilitation services
• Administer therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, gait training, and neuromuscular re-education
• Perform manual therapy techniques, soft tissue mobilization, and instrument-guided soft tissue mobilization
• Document patient care accurately using the Cerner charting system
• Float within the facility or to affiliate locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Indiana (pending state license considered; must be in hand prior to start date)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with instrument-guided soft tissue mobilization techniques
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
• Background in a short-term acute care or hospital-based outpatient setting
