Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | Rotating weekdays and weekends, rotating holidays | Call and float requirements apply

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Step-Down unit setting
• Participate in rotating schedules including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Respond to call requirements as assigned
• Float within the hospital system as needed
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing requirements, including timely completion of fingerprinting upon contract signing

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license – compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of PCU/Step-Down experience
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role (Charge RN acceptable as second reference; no coworker references)
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• More than 1 year of PCU/Step-Down experience preferred (candidates with exactly 1 year of experience will require additional manager review)
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred, though first-time travelers will be considered
