Travel Echo Technologist

Location

Inverness, Florida

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Trans Thoracic Echo (TTE) and Trans Esophageal Echo (TEE) procedures
  • Conduct general and vascular ultrasound examinations
  • Assist with image-guided procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, and biopsy
  • Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio while delivering world-class customer service
  • Document and manage imaging data using Cerner EMR
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within the Ultrasound Department

Required Qualifications

  • Mandatory hands-on Echo experience required; candidates without Echo experience will not be considered
  • Proficiency operating GE Logiq e95 and/or GE Logiq e10 ultrasound equipment
  • Ability to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with facility staff
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Advanced imaging certifications (e.g., RDCS, RVT, or equivalent)
  • Prior travel technologist experience
  • Experience with Cerner EMR
