Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions of 60 minutes each, seeing up to 8 patients per day
• Treat a diverse neurological patient population including stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and Parkinson's disease
• Administer and interpret the Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Assessment as part of patient evaluation and progress tracking
• Apply paired vagus nerve stimulation protocols where applicable
• Address vestibular dysfunction as part of the neurological rehabilitation program
• Provide musculoskeletal physical therapy treatment as opportunities arise and interest permits

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Neurological physical therapy experience required
• Ability to administer the Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Assessment or demonstrated ability to learn it quickly

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with paired vagus nerve stimulation protocols (e.g., Vivistim)
• Vestibular rehabilitation experience
• Interest or background in musculoskeletal physical therapy
