Travel RN – NICU (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU setting
• Manage patient assignments with ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs and respiratory therapists on night shift
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Float to Pediatrics, PICU, or Mother Baby (babies only) as needed
• Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach to patient care in a high-acuity environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Ability to work every other weekend as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification preferred
• NIC-RNC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification) preferred
• Experience with a broad range of NICU procedures and high-acuity neonatal patient populations
