Registered Nurse – SICU (Surgical Intensive Care Unit / Oncology)

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult ICU patients with complex diagnoses including sepsis, ARDS, stroke, craniotomy, and intracranial hypertension
• Manage and monitor specialized procedures including External Ventricular Drains, ICP monitoring, and Massive Transfusion Protocol
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilation, Heated High Flow, BiPAP, CPAP, and tracheostomy care
• Perform CRRT management and vasopressor titration in a high-acuity surgical and oncology ICU setting
• Accurately document patient care and clinical assessments using the EPIC electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) required at time of submission
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system required
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• First-time travelers are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology nursing experience is preferred but not required
• Prior travel nursing experience in a high-acuity ICU environment
