Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Weekdays and some weekends | Rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care / PCU / Step-Down setting with an expected patient ratio of 1:3
• Perform IV starts and continuous telemetry monitoring as core clinical duties
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity level as needed
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records
• Participate in rotating holiday coverage as part of the standard schedule

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license — compact or Ohio state license must be in hand at time of submission
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU/Step-Down experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in IV start and telemetry (TELE) skills required
• EPIC experience required
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across units of varying acuity levels
• Strong adaptability and communication skills in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Prior travel nursing experience with familiarity of credentialing and compliance timelines
