Contract | Nights (18:45–07:15) | Every other weekend required | Holidays on a rotating basis | 2–3 on-call shifts per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) unit during night shift hours
• Float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed to support overflow patients, including pediatric patients
• Perform and interpret fetal monitoring in accordance with intermediate or advanced training standards
• Participate in on-call rotation with a minimum 2-hour notice for call-back shifts
• Adhere to facility nicotine-free policy and all client-specific requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (candidates must be fully committed to obtaining PALS prior to start if not already held)
• Fetal monitoring class (intermediate or advanced) completed within the past 24 months
• Minimum 2 years of Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) experience
• Willingness to float to Medical-Surgical and care for pediatric patients

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3+ years of LDR experience, preferably in a rural hospital setting
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
