Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel Contract | Night Shift

Pulaski, Virginia
Schedule / Job Type
Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: August 17, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct respiratory therapy care to patients within an inpatient hospital setting
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions across assigned units
- Operate and manage respiratory equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Document patient care accurately using the facility's EMR system (Meditech)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
- Previous travel therapy or multi-site clinical experience
