Travel CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Weekday, weekend, and holiday call required
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist in cardiovascular operating room procedures including CABG, Thoracotomy, Endo AAA, Valve Replacement, and Pacemaker implantation
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio within a 2-suite CVOR environment
- Operate and manage specialized cardiovascular surgical equipment throughout procedures
- Document and manage patient information using Meditech EMR
- Float to general OR as needed
- Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
- Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
- Proficiency with cardiovascular surgical procedures and related equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior scrubbing experience in a cardiovascular or cardiothoracic OR setting
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
