Contract (13–20 week options available); Night Shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license – must hold a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active AHA BLS certification required at time of submission
• Active AHA ACLS certification required at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months
• No open licensing or background check cases; facility does not accept license hits or open background cases

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months or more of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility
• Demonstrated proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition
• Familiarity with medication safety practices and assessment tools
