Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Manage and monitor patients requiring advanced cardiac support including balloon pumps, PA lines, and ventilators
• Perform telemetry monitoring and conscious sedation as required by patient acuity
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity level as needed
• Work a rotating schedule including weekdays, up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week period (Friday/Saturday for night shift), and rotating holidays

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, mechanical ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Active experience with Epic electronic health records
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Minimum of 2 professional references, with at least 1 from a manager, director, or formal leadership role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience
• Previous travel nursing experience
