Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of a Critical Care Float Pool, floating to a variety of ICU settings based on staffing needs and patient acuity
• Care for patients across multiple critical care units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity in accordance with float pool policy
• Perform IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management as part of routine critical care duties
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care during night shift hours

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Active RN license – valid compact or state license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system required
• Demonstrated experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience floating across multiple critical care specialty units
