Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | 36 or 48 Hours Per Week Available | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a pediatric hospital setting, including a NICU and Cardiac PICU environment
• Deliver age-appropriate respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients in accordance with established clinical protocols
• Participate in a self-scheduling model while remaining flexible to unit staffing needs
• Float within scope of practice to other units as needed
• Complete specialty-specific orientation modules as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Minimum Level 4 NICU experience required
• Active Virginia Respiratory Therapy license required (pending license accepted provided temporary license is obtained before start date; must hold an active license in another state to be eligible for a temporary Virginia license)
• Epic EMR experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS) certification preferred
• Cardiac PICU experience preferred
