Contract | Days | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents to restore, maintain, and improve functional independence in daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to a long-term and post-acute care setting

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Montana
• NBCOT certification (OTR) required or eligible
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a long-term care, post-acute care, or veterans care setting
• Familiarity with PACS (Post-Acute Care Setting) workflows and documentation requirements
