Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 36 Hours Guaranteed per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a post-acute care setting (PACS)
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapy goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience working in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with PACS documentation and electronic medical records
