Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (3x12, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting with an estimated patient ratio of 1:4
• Work rotating weekday and weekend night shifts, including rotating holidays
• Float to different units within the hospital organization as needed
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using the EPIC electronic health record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PCU experience required
• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system required
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across multiple units within a large health system
• Strong adaptability and communication skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
