Contract | Night Shift | 3x12 Hours | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, including management of antepartum and intrapartum patients across labor and triage beds
• Deliver postpartum care and couplet care for mothers and newborns on the obstetric floor
• Apply basic medical-surgical skills to care for postoperative hysterectomy patients as needed
• Perform fetal monitoring in accordance with AWHONN standards
• Float within the hospital as needed based on unit census and staffing requirements
• Work at least one holiday during the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN State or Compact License required at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required due to current unit skill mix
• Required certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
• Two professional references completed within the last two years by a supervisor
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard rates; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• STABLE certification preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Comfort working across L&D, postpartum, antepartum, and OB triage settings
