Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Deliver patient care in an outpatient therapy setting
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Support therapy programs and treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
- Permanent state license required — compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
- Must meet facility credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
