Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Deliver patient care in an outpatient therapy setting
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Support therapy programs and treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
• Permanent state license required — compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
• Must meet facility credentialing requirements prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
