Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends Required | Block Scheduling Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III/IV NICU environment, maintaining expected patient ratios of 1:2–4
• Participate in a self-scheduling model, including an expected 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Float between units or nearby sister facilities as operationally required
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required
• Must submit all requested time-off and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submission — post-offer requests may not be considered
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler (local candidates may be considered at an adjusted rate)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Background must be clear — facility does not accept background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level III or Level IV NICU experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a high-acuity children's hospital or pediatric trauma center setting
• Candidates open to contracts longer than 13 weeks are encouraged to apply
