Contract | 26-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holiday Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a primarily Medical-Surgical population on a telemetry-capable unit with 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios
• Perform blood product administration, peripheral line care management, and IV insertion
• Administer and monitor Heparin, Insulin, and PCA therapy; manage patients on nasal cannula oxygen
• Implement and maintain isolation precautions per facility protocol
• Utilize Rapid Response teams as clinically indicated
• Serve as Charge RN and float to other campus locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must successfully pass a compliance EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)
• Third-party education verification required; degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted
• No open background check cases permitted
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; valid driver's license required to verify address

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry setting
• Familiarity with Rapid Response protocols and charge nurse responsibilities
• Experience floating across multiple units or facility campuses
